Meet Kelly

my Experience

I graduated from St Mary’s University in Twickenham with a degree in Sports, Health & Fitness.

 

Since then I’ve had almost 15 years of wonderful experience coaching, teaching, and educating a wide range of people; from yoga to Pilates, personal training to pre and post natal exercise.

 

I am also a qualified Exercise on Referral Instructor, experienced in supporting individuals with medical conditions to improve their fitness and wellbeing through safe, tailored exercise, working closely alongside GPs and healthcare providers.

 

I’ve taught fitness to everyone from 16 year olds to 96 year olds. 

my approach

Over the years, I’ve seen so many people transform both physically and mentally through exercise.

 

I’m a huge advocate of balance in life, keeping mobile, strong, and healthy, while also enjoying life and all the other wonderful things it has to offer.

 

We are social creatures after all!

 

I host a variety of regular events such as yoga and brunch mornings, wellness retreat day and prosecco and pilates evenings!
