Classes run Monday to Thursday, with a mix of daytime and evening sessions – there’s something for everyone! 

 

All sessions are open to all fitness levels, including complete beginners – no experience needed.

Please note, there is a 12-hour cancellation policy on all class bookings.

class pass

Classes are pay as you go because I believe you should have the freedom to pay for what you use, when you want to use it, with no nasty contracts.
I’ve also just launched a Class Pass:
10 sessions for the price of 9.
You can grab one of these from me in class if you like, but again, there’s no ties!

Yoga

Yoga is for everyone  – unwind, get an amazing stretch, and find what your body needs. No experience is needed!

Pilates

Boost your core strength, improve your posture, balance and tone your muscles with Pilates.

Total Body Tone

A 45 minute full body workout, you’ll sculpt strengthen and tone your muscles using dumbbells and resistance bands. No experience needed! A great class to join if you want to tone up and learn how to properly strength train.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A 45 minute clsss that targets all those stubborn areas! Joint friendly and muscle sculpting moves - designed to strengthen your legs, abdominals and overall fitness.

Women's Group Personal training

Join our ladies' group training in a private gym - enjoy personalised coaching, tailored exercises, and full support to tone, strengthen, and achieve your goals in a fun, supportive environment

Cross Fit Class

Energise your body and calm your mind with chair yoga. There's no floor-based movements, just gentle, accessible exercises to boost flexibility, strength, and wellbeing from the comfort of a chair!
